The piece kwayask ê-pimohtêyân (I Walk the Line), was specifically created to stretch wall to wall across Cardinal McCartney’s Collider studio at Contemporary Calgary. Collage materials were sourced from 1967 (the year the planetarium was built) to the year 1993 (the birth year of the artist).


Cowboy western novels such as the Nameless Breed, Playboy tobacco ads, and Time Magazine cutouts clash and are renegotiated by the artist decades later, much like the revitalization of the building itself.
